Hey all

In the kitchen im trying to get the floor to lay flush with the skirting boards....but its proving harder then i thought......................

ONLY KIDDING!

Thinking of joining and wondering what games you guys are playing and what number of people are playing the games!

Mostly bad company 2 at the mo. A few play WOW. There's a few games around the corner too, with MOH and the new COD. There's around 5-10 people play bc2, depending on the time you play. I'm usually on later from 10.30 onwards and there's usually about 3 or 4 others.

Good bunch of lads, we have a laugh and dont take it too seriously. Its supposed to be fun after all.
Oh I nearly forgot, there's 1 old blonde fella who plays something called Aion Very Happy

Hi Bulld0gUK, the days of |2esurrection going out and actively searching for members is long gone.
This basically means our membership tends to be lower than it has been over the years.
Saying that the group of hardcore members we have here are a quality / decent bunch Very Happy

, many have been here since day 1 over 5 years ago! and many before that who were part of the first group of |2es.
The main game at this moment in time is BC2.

To put it into perspective, possibly a handful of peeps have joined |2es since I started stinking up the joint Wink

... and a few more have gone awol........mmm was it something I said!

Having said that when a few of us gather online at the same time we always have a giggle Smile

Some of us come and go between fotm games (myself being one of these nomads) but we always pick up as if we only played together yesterday Very Happy

|2es is currently more of a community of friends rather than an active clan but new people are always welcome.

I was playing BC2 for a while but bad hit reg and the lack of new maps tends to make me quit the game very sharpish these days.

Im currently playing Arma2 & Arma2 OA,but i do have many other titles scattered on the floor Laughing

Take me for instance. I've been here a long time, even if Mrix didn't realise I left the country for 6 months and no-body else noticed I had gone Laughing

Even so I flit in and out, sometimes on teamspeak, sometimes not. But I know this is a place where, even after 6 months away, you can drop in and pick up where you left off and have a laugh with like minded people. As Brune said, this is a community of friends with a common love of gaming. If this sounds like you, dip a toe in the water and join Very Happy

Just to echo what has been said, |2es is a great place to hang out. Chilled out and stress free unlike the general view of a 'clan'. Largely I guess because it's not really a clan at all?

There is also a good skill level of players amongst the members. From competent (the lowest skill level having gone up since I am not active lol) to some that would give anyone I have ever played with/against a run for their money.

As a none active former member I still hang around stinking the place out and look forward to being back gaming and back in |2es.
